Fastweb and Vodafone Italy were awarded at the Italy Talent Communication Summit, an annual event dedicated to communication in the talent market, organized by Potential Park, a company specializing in Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition.
During the event, the results of the annual research conducted by Potential Park were revealed. The study analyzes online communication activities aimed at potential candidates by a sample of 90 companies, evaluating them based on career pages and online applications, communications via social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube), and professional platforms like LinkedIn and job search sites.
Fastweb ranked 21st in the category dedicated to the use of Professional Platforms, recognizing employers who have effectively strengthened their brand presence and proactively engaged with talent on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor. Meanwhile, Vodafone Italy ranked 30th in the category related to the use of Social Media and the best mix of content across major social networks and professional platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
The day concluded with sessions sharing insights, case studies, best practices, and in-depth discussions on the world of Talent Attraction.
