Executive Committee

Walter Renna has been Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Fastweb + Vodafone since January 2025.

Renna joined Fastweb in 2008 with responsibilities in strategies, business plan and M&A where he contributed to strategic projects such as the expansion of the fibre access network. Before becoming Chief Product Officer in December 2020, he had held the role of Chief Operating Officer being responsible for long-term business sustainability and growth as well as operational efficiency improvement. He became CEO of Fastweb in 2023. Prior to this, he had a career in KPMG advisory supporting M&A across different industries such as Fashion, Luxury, Publishing and Automotive for leading companies.

Born in 1982, Walter Renna graduated in Economics from the University of Bologna and holds a Master's degree at Bocconi University.

Anita Carra is Chief Brand & B2C Marketing Officer and member of the Fastweb + Vodafone Executive Committee from January 2025.

With two decades of international career in Brand, Marketing and Sales in Telco and FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) sectors, Carra has been, among the main roles covered, Consumer Business Director and member of the Executive Committee of Vodafone in Italy, in Irland and in Hungary. Before that, Carra has been Vice President in Unilever for the Central and Eastern European markets and Chief Operations Officer in UPC in Hungary.

Carra graduated in Administration and Business management at College for Foreign Trade in Hungary and at the University of Lincolnshire e Humberside in England.

Fabrizio Casati is Chief Wholesale Officer and member of the Executive Committee of Fastweb + Vodafone since January 2025.

Casati joined Fastweb in 2004, managing the relationship with other telco operators and being responsible for the growth in this market. He was also Chief Digital Transformation Officer for two years. Since 2015 he has been Chief Wholesale Officer and a member of the Executive Committee of Fastweb.
Born in 1967, he worked during a period of five years in Colt Telecom as Responsible of the Wholesale Market and then as Sales Director of the Enterprise sector. Before this, he held positions of increasing responsibility in Sales for other telecommunication companies such as AT&T, Sprint International and GlobalOne, and for other telco system companies such as Mitel.

Silvia Cassano has been Chief Human Resources Officer and member of the Executive Committee of Fastweb + Vodafone since January 2025.

With a career of over 20 years started in industrial relations and then dedicated to the development of human resources and organizational transformations, Cassano has held leadership positions over time in large international groups such as Vodafone, ING and UniCredit.

Among the most significant roles, Cassano has been HR Director and member of the Executive Committee of Vodafone Italy, ING Italy and, for UniCredit, in Italy, Slovakia and Russia.

Graduated with honors in Law from the University of Bari, Cassano obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organization from ISTUD (Institute for Management Studies) and subsequent specializations from INSEAD and IMD Lausanne.

Elenia Cerchi is Chief Regulatory & Antitrust Officer and member of the Executive Committee of Fastweb + Vodafone since January 2025.

Cerchi joined Fastweb in 2022 within the Regulatory Affair Team and in 2023, she was appointed Chief Legal & Regulatory Affairs responsible for coordinating all legal and regulatory activities and relations with the main authorities in the sector. She has also been a member of the Executive Committee of Fastweb.

Graduated in Law from LUISS Guido Carli in Rom in 2003 she gained her work experience at a law firm specialising in administrative law. Since 2016, she has been authorised to practise before the higher courts. She has been a partner at Studio Orsingher – Ortu Avvocati Associati since 2019, assisting leading telecommunications operators in their dealings with regulatory and anti-trust authorities.

Antonio Corda has been Chief Legal, Compliance & Security Officer and member of the Executive Committee of Fastweb + Vodafone since January 2025.

He joined Vodafone Italia in 2009 and has held leading positions up to Director of Legal Affairs and then also Director of External Affairs and Director of Corporate Communication. He was also a member of the Executive Committee of Vodafone Italia. Before this, he was General Counsel of Tiscali Group.

Corda graduated in Law from the University of Cagliari, is a qualified lawyer and holds a Master of Business Administration from SDA Bocconi in Milan. Since 2016, he is member of the Board of “Istituto dell’Autodisciplina Pubblicitaria” (Italian advertising standards authority). He is also member of the Board of Directors of Inwit since 2020.

John de Keijzer is a member of the senior management team in IT, Network & Infrastructure at Swisscom and he is also Chief IT Officer (ad interim) and member of the Executive Committee of Fastweb + Vodafone since January 2025.

With over 25 years of international experience in the IT and software industry he has been active in the European, American and South American markets. In Swisscom since 2012, De Keijzer has managed the Enterprise Architecture & Technical Strategy and since 2015 he runs the Development unit.

John de Keijzer is a qualified engineer with an MBA in Computer Science and Economics from Utrecht University.

Lisa Di Feliciantonio is Chief Communication & Sustainability Officer and member of the Executive Committee of Fastweb + Vodafone since January 2025.

She joined Fastweb in 2009, managing the Regulatory Policy and EU Affairs. In 2015 she became Head of Public Affairs and Media Relations and in 2021 was appointed Chief External Relations and Sustainability Officer becoming a member of the Executive Committee of Fastweb. Before this, she worked in AGCOM as advisor of one of the members of the Board and within the Regulatory Department.

Di Feliciantonio has a degree in Political Science from the University of Rome and an MBA from the Politecnico of Milan. She writes for specialized economic publications and has published two books.

Augusto Di Genova is Chief B2B Officer and a member of the Executive Committee of Fastweb + Vodafone since January 2025.

Prior Di Genova has been Chief Enterprise Officer and a member of the Executive Committee of Fastweb. He joined the company in 2004, holding positions with increasing responsibilities in the sales department over the years. In 2007 he became Responsible of the Industry and Services sector, and in 2011 of the entire Business market. In 2016 Di Genova took over responsibility for the Large Companies and the Public Administration market, and in 2018 of the whole Enterprise market. Since 2021 he is CEO and Chairman of 7Layers, a company specialized in cyber security. Before this, he worked for PWC and Between (now EY).

Born in 1972, Augusto Di Genova graduated in Economics and Business from the Sapienza University of Rome.

Mark Duesener is Head of the IT, Network and Infrastructure division and member of the Swisscom Group Executive Board since September 2024 and since January 2025 also Chief Technology Officer (ad interim) and member of the Executive Committee of Fastweb + Vodafone.

He has been with Swisscom since November 2020 and was most recently head of the Mobile Network, Mobile Services & B2B Telco unit. Prior to this, Mark Duesener was Managing Director of Deutsche Telekom Healthcare Solutions GmbH, where he was responsible for the company’s global healthcare business. Between 2000 and 2017, he held various positions at Vodafone Group and Vodafone Germany, where he was responsible, amongst other things, for developing the handset strategy, managing the LTE auctions and planning the 4G rollout in Germany.

Peter Grueter is Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Committee of Fastweb + Vodafone since January 2025.

Peter comes from Swisscom, where he started in 2005 as Head of Group Strategy and Head of Strategy for several operating units. He was also member of the Boards of Directors of Swisscom Central and Eastern Europe, Airbites Ukraine and Swisscom Hospitality Services. From 2012, he headed the Group Participation Management, supporting and supervising Swisscom's Italian and IT Services businesses. Since 2014, he has been Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Committee of Fastweb. Prior to Swisscom Peter worked for 7 years for McKinsey and Company in, Berlin, serving IT, Media and Entertainment clients.

Born in 1968 in Germany, Grueter studied in Germany, France and in the United States, he holds a PhD in physics from École Normale Supérieure in Paris.

Alessandro Magnino has been Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer and member of the Executive Committee of Fastweb + Vodafone since January 2025.

Magnino joined Vodafone in 2012, holding positions of increasing responsibility in both Vodafone Italy and Vodafone Group in the Marketing & Sales area and as Head of VGE Southern Europe. Since 2021 he has held the position of Head of Vodafone Global Enterprise Italy & Public Sector at Vodafone Italy. Since May 2024 he has been Business Director Italy and a member of the Executive Committee of Vodafone Italia. Before this, he worked at Nokia as Sales Manager Europe for Customer Experience Management solutions and in consulting with Value Partners Group.

Alessandro Magnino holds a degree in Economics from the University of Turin.

Federico Negri is Chief B2C Commercial Officer and member of the Executive Committee of Fastweb + Vodafone since January 2025.

Negri began his career at Fastweb in 2007, joining the company during his final year of university in the controlling department. Over the years he has steadily progressed through positions of increasing responsibility. Since 2019, he has been a part of the Consumer Team, first as Head of Governance and later as Head of Marketing, where he has contributed to the increase in ARPU and the reduction of churn through a strategy based on AI and analytics. Since 2023 he has been Chief Consumer & Small Business Officer and member of the Executive Committee of Fastweb.

Born in 1983, Negri graduated in Management Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan.
