Fastweb + Vodafone promote a corporate culture of integrity and transparency hence adopting a Whistleblowing Policy that foresee dedicated channels and processes to report illicit conducts, ensuring confidentiality and the protection of whistleblower in compliance with Legislative Decree 24/23 (implementation of EU Directive 2019/1937 on Whistleblowing).
All reports are managed through a predefined process which ensures unbiased analysis and responsibility in the management of an independent function. A notification of receipt is expected (within 7 days of the report) and a feedback (within 3 months of the notice).
What to report?
The report may concern information relating to potential violations of the law and behaviors that do not comply with internal procedures and rules, as well as irregularities which may cause damages to Fastweb + Vodafone.
Who can report?
The whistleblower can be an employee, collaborator or supplier.

Reports relating to services are not handled according to the Whistleblowing Policy.
Customers can ask for assistance using the dedicated contact channels.
In the cases expressly provided for by the law (art. 6 of Legislative Decree 24 of 10 March 2023), it is possible to report directly to the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC).
