This recognition is based on the results of an internal climate survey, in which 82% of the company’s employees participated.
This confirmation of the award, granted annually to companies that stand out for their excellent work environments and achieve the highest standards in human resources management and corporate culture, is a testament to Fastweb’s strategy. The company has long been committed to promoting the well-being of its people through initiatives focused on personal well-being, as well as professional and personal growth within the workplace.
For 2024, Fastweb has once again achieved a high satisfaction rate, confirming its status as an excellent workplace for 82% of its employees. The sense of belonging to the company has increased by 3 points, especially among younger employees. All indicators show growth, and the Trust Index, which measures the level of trust employees have in the company, has increased by 2% compared to the previous year. Significant progress has been made in the area of cohesion, with a 10 point increase in the celebration of important moments, and a 5point increase in employee pride, satisfaction, and engagement with the company.
Development and training opportunities have also improved, with an 8 point increase for the company as a whole and a particularly significant 11 point increase among women. Among the strengths of Fastweb's corporate culture is the continued trust in the management, with positive recognition for the ease of dialogue with leadership. For 2024, the certification has reaffirmed the high appreciation of employees for the company's well-being policies and initiatives focused on employee wellness.
